Per la coltivazione dei nostri terreni si è sempre data molta importanza e dedicato particolare attenzione al trattamento della terra, gestendo le rotazioni dei terreni in modo molto ampio per evitare la depauperazione del terreno e per mantenere le proprietà nutritive del prodotto finale. le pratiche colturali vengono integrate con il costante e mirato utilizzo delle tecniche da sovescio, pratiche che arricchiscono il terreno sotto il profilo strutturale e organico.
Molto importanti sono le altre pratiche biodinamiche eseguite in azienda come l’utilizzo dei preparati da spruzzo e del “cumulo”.
EARTH TREATMENT
As regards our cultivations, we have always given a lot of importance and paid particular attention to the treatment of the soil, managing the rotations of the soil in a very wide way to avoid soil depletion and to maintain the nutritional properties of the final product. The cultivation practices are integrated with the constant and targeted use of green manure techniques, practices that enrich the soil from a structural and organic point of view.
The biodynamic practices carried out into the farm such as the use of spray preparations and “cumulation” are very important.
